Parking: Private parking is provided inside the Estate

Amenities: Fresh towels and linen, courtesy toilet paper, soap and shampoo are provided . Change of towels/linen on request.

WI-FI:  Wifi is provided and satellite tv 

Reading material and games:  We have many historical and literature books  and children games (monopoly, chess, trivial pursuit ...) 

Entertainment area: The outside area offers a swimming pool (open during summer months), an outdoor kitchen with barbecue area and pizza oven, spacious dining area and elegant lounge area and outdoor shower.

Guest access: There are two access points to the Estate, an independent entrance from via del Larione is dedicated to guests and has private parking space. 

Mode of transport: Bicycles can be rented outside the property at a negligible price  (kindly enquire for the App). Taxis arrive in approx 5/10 minute from the call.

The bus stop is 50m from entrance of the property (please enquire about timetables). Tickets can be purchased at any Tabaccheria. Further more frequent busses can be found approx 600 mt away.
